Using a Virtual Assistant costs less than hiring a full time employee or temp and there are no recruitment fees to pay or office set up costs involved. You only pay for the hours you need, when you need them. 

Running a business contains many repetitive, time-consuming tasks and business owners and individuals can often get lost in the admin side of things. If they outsource these tasks, they can get on with growing their business, providing a great service to clients and increasing their profits.

Yes of course! I have worked with a few clients who get Access to Work funding so I understand the system well. I would provide you with my usual virtual assistant services, just with some extra consideration depending on your needs.

Whether you have already approached Access to Work for funding or want to find out more, you are welcome to book a call or get in touch via email. 

If I am fully booked I will match you with a Virtual Assistant from my team who best suits your needs and working style. 

I understand that some clients would prefer to work with me directly. If I am fully booked and another VA is not suitable then I will add you to my waiting list. 

There will always be someone on hand to support you in case of emergency. 

Your Virtual Assistant will have an up-to-date handover document that another Assistant could pick up if there is an emergency. 

For scheduled leave, I will give you as much notice as possible and arrange cover if required.

For office reorganisation, decluttering and event management I do offer in-person support in the London area. Please get in touch to find out more. 

Otherwise, all work is carried out virtually. Working virtually means my team and I can focus on being productive and present for all clients. Zoom or video calls can be arranged so you can see your VA.

All my Virtual Assistants are ICO registered, GDPR compliant (you will be asked to sign a Data Processing Agreement) and professionally insured for everyone's security.
