Using a Virtual Assistant costs less than hiring a full time employee or temp and there are no recruitment fees to pay or office set up costs involved. You only pay for the hours you need, when you need them.
Running a business contains many repetitive, time-consuming tasks and business owners and individuals can often get lost in the admin side of things. If they outsource these tasks, they can get on with growing their business, providing a great service to clients and increasing their profits.

You can then book a free 30 minute discovery call with me and we can have a chat about how we could work together and see if we're a good fit. If you are local to me we could even meet face-to-face over coffee. There's no rush to decide and I won't put any pressure on you to commit. If you decide to go ahead, we will work out the terms of our agreement and then put plans in place to start working together.

That's absolutely fine! If you only have a few tasks during the week or month that you would like me to help with then I am happy to save them up to complete over 1 hour. I have a minimum charge of 1 hour and will then invoice in 15 minute increments thereafter.
Fees are payable by BACS (other payment methods can be agreed upon request) and within 7 days from the date of invoice.
Your booking will be set out in writing so it's clear to both of us what is expected and at what cost.
There may be additional fees for last minute work, or if the scope of the work changes from what we originally agreed. Any such fees accrued during the month will be invoiced at month end. Rest assured that you will always be in the loop and I will never charge you for anything we haven't already agreed upon.
One month's notice is required to cancel your booking.
I am ICO registered, GDPR compliant (you will be asked to sign a Data Processing Agreement when we start working together) and I am professionally insured by Policy Bee for everyone's security.

No problem! I'm able to support you no matter where in the world you are based - flexibility is key as a virtual assistant.
I have clients from the USA and EU, so for them I cover their hours of business. Depending on the nature of the work, I can complete this in UK hours and have it ready to send over to you at the beginning of your working day.
